Director

Anastassia, also known as Miss A, is the Director and Head Coach of Ultimate Twirling. She has been training and mentoring our athletes by offering professional and quality guidance throughout the years.

Anastassia has represented Australia overseas at 6 World Championships and 10 International Cups - the only person in the world to have competed at every IC since its inception in 2005.

Working with twirlers from around Australia in her roles as NSW State Coach and Twirling Australia's National Coach, Anastassia has sought to bring athletes together in positive and encouraging learning environments. With an education degree, she understands what it takes to cater to individual learning needs and make every twirler feel special. Her success in the role led to an invitation to join the Marketing and Communications Committee for the International Baton Twirling Federation (IBTF) which she has served since 2020.

This ten time National Adult Dancetwirl Champion also teaches a range of dance genres at Planetdance studios in Menai including Hip Hop, Jazz and Lyrical to recreational and competitive students of all ages.

Finally, Anastassia is also a qualified instructor of the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, teaching multiple acro classes that focus on strength, flexibility, balancing, limbering and tumbling.
